Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Platform Success Manager to join our team. As a Platform Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our connections with schools and parents.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city, calling and onboarding schools onto our platform, verifying class schedules, fees, and other details, and reaching out to parents who submitted an inquiry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: You should have excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as friendly, empathetic, and confident phone and WhatsApp etiquette.
  • Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Education: A graduate degree (any stream) or currently pursuing studies and available part-time is required.
