Lead Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead the end-to-end execution of complex mergers and acquisitions transactions, including strategic planning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration to drive business growth.

About This Opportunity
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive M&A strategies to support business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential acquisition or joint venture targets.
Main Responsibilities
  1. M&A Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute targeted M&A strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Conduct in-depth industry and market research to inform deal-making decisions.
  3. Deal Execution and Management
    • Oversee all aspects of transaction execution, including valuation, investment memos, and board presentations.
    • Liaise with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless deal closure.
  5. Transaction Structuring and Negotiations
    • Design and implement tailored deal structures that meet legal and tax requirements.
    • Negotiate agreements and secure timely transaction completion.
  7. Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
    • Develop and execute comprehensive PMI plans to optimize synergy realization and transition efficiency.
    • Monitor and report on post-deal performance metrics.
    Requirements
    1. Education:
      • Candidate must hold a CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA qualification.
    3. Experience:
      • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or investment banking is required.
      • Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly valued.
      • Demonstrated expertise in handling complex M&A lifecycle processes is essential.
