Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and drive sales.

  • Organize product showcases, workshops, and industry events to engage customers.
  • Create compelling marketing materials and presentations to inform and persuade target audiences.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Evaluate project progress and submit forecasts for future development.
Market Development Strategy

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing programs to create a strong pull in the market for IC products.

  • Lead the launch of new products or product lines.
  • Develop and execute symposia, marketing programs, CME conferences, and other strategic initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders, including architects, construction companies, and project consultants, to drive business growth.
Training and Enablement

Provide training and support for IC products.

  • Design and deliver internal product and technical training for sales teams, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct operational training for end-users, follow-up training, and troubleshooting services.
Sales Support and Enablement

Support sales teams with product knowledge, training, and strategic selling tools.

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with consumables and equipment bundles.
  • Participate in or lead product-related technical discussions for projects, tenders, and business development.
  • Mentor and develop new sales representatives to achieve their goals.
Other Key Responsibilities

Monitor sales performance and manage inventory levels.

  • Collect and analyze sales data, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to products and coordinate feedback and resolution efforts.
