Senior Backend Engineer OpportunityJob Description:

We are seeking a senior backend engineer who can coordinate and manage input from business stakeholders to drive technology advancement.

  • Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications using Java, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
  • Design metrics for diagnostics and implement code for performance monitoring.
  • Work through project delivery's analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment phases.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and implement new backend services and applications that support scalable infrastructure.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, automated testing, and production releases of backend services.
  • Contribute to department best practices, guidelines implementation, and adherence to standards.

Requirements include:

  • Experienced mentors preferred.
  • Strong software development fundamentals (Data structures, Algorithms, problem-solving, OO design, and systems architecture).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented software development principles.
  • Understanding of large and complex code bases, including API design techniques to keep them clean and maintainable.
