Key Role:
Lead a team of HCM Cloud experts to spearhead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud across key HR modules.
About This Position:
- Develop, implement, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud for full lifecycle implementations.
- Work across major modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Payroll, Timekeeping.
- Utilize HCM Cloud tools such as Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL, BI Publisher, and Workflows.
- Design and implement integrations between HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC using Agile and DevOps practices.
- Develop and execute unit, CIT, and UAT testing; troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and change requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support project planning, estimation, and alignment with business priorities.
Mandatory Skills:
- Oracle HCM Cloud configuration & full lifecycle implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of HCM Cloud tools (Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL, BIP, Workflow).
- Functional expertise in major HR modules.
