Our organization is seeking a talented professional to fill the role of RFP Analyst, responsible for extracting key information from Requests for Proposal documents and supporting our sales team in delivering high-quality proposals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail to decode complex RFPs and identify opportunities for growth. As an RFP Analyst, you will be instrumental in helping us win big projects and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Decode RFPs, extract relevant information, and prepare compliance documents
  • Build clear, structured Bill of Materials (BoMs) to support proposal development
  • Conduct research on competitor offerings to enhance our positioning
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver top-notch proposals
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 0-5 years of experience in RFP analysis and management
