Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Outreach: Utilize cold calling techniques to generate new leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Apply defined criteria and call scripts to qualify prospects and prioritize follow-ups.
- Appointment Setting: Secure discovery calls and on-site meetings for senior sales team members, manage calendars, and confirmations.
- CRM Management: Update all interactions, notes, lead statuses, and next steps in the CRM in real-time, maintaining data hygiene.
- Follow-Up Nurturing: Run structured follow-up cadences to progress leads through the funnel.
- Scripting: Develop and improve call scripts and sequences to increase conversion rates.
- Proven experience in lead generation, SDR/BDR, or similar roles.
- Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills, comfortable with outreach targets.
- Appointment setting experience with measurable results.
- Solid CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and habit of meticulous data entry.
- Ability to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, confident, clear, and persuasive.
- Organized, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
