Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with allocated customers to ensure retention and growth of their business.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional responses to any queries or complaints.
  • Identify financial goals of customers and provide tailored financial planning assistance to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and to discuss sales opportunities and product recommendations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective action to address any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in sales of insurance, mutual funds, CASA, investments, loans, or real estate.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Age between 25-30 years, with a valid driver's license.
