Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our Month End Closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in general accounting, including month end closing processes, reconciliations, journal entries, and audit support. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems like PeopleSoft or SAP.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Accountable for all activities related to general accounting, including month end closing processes, reconciliations, journal entries, and audit support.

    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance teams and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
    • Significant experience in general accounting, with a focus on month end closing processes and reconciliations.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in reputed captive or outsourcing RTR operations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems like PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle.
