Job Opportunity: Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the planning and execution of implementation and upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for implementations or enhancements.
  • Develop project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and establish milestones and timelines.
  • Mandatory experience with modules such as finance and operations, supply chain management, procurement, sales, customer service, or others.
  • Mandatory pharmaceutical experience including GxP validation/regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design workshops, testing, and go-live planning.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities also include ensuring alignment between business requirements and system functionality. This requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze complex information and make informed decisions.

The successful candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science, engineering).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
