Analytics Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Consultant to join our Advanced Analytics Center. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in data science and/or business analysis, with a strong background in statistical concepts and insight generation.

The role involves working closely with vertical teams and clients to understand their analytics needs and leverage cross-functional teams to develop and land solutions that meet their needs at scale. Key responsibilities include contributing to all stages of analytics delivery, including data preparation, analytics development, and solution design.

To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter who is data-driven, proactive, and good at storytelling. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language are essential for success in this position.

In addition to your technical skills, a solid understanding of the P&C insurance industry and emerging AI trends, AI tools, and technologies is necessary. Familiarity with new age AI and ML techniques such as GenAI, foundational models, and large language models is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver advanced analytics solutions to clients
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop solutions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of analytics strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and ML

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in data science and/or business analysis
  • Strong background in statistical concepts and insight generation
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
