We are currently seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee a team of analysts supporting our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor analysts processing CRE loan applications, credit documentation, and portfolio management.
  • Ensure timely delivery in line with service level agreements/kpis with a 98%+ right-first-time documentation accuracy.
  • Track, review, and report team performance; conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain adherence to lending policy, standards, and criteria.
  • Review and approve credit papers/documentation prior to submission.
  • Support the use of front-end systems to monitor loan applications through approval.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the single point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations, provide operational updates, and lead process alignment discussions.
  • Facilitate transparent, regular communication between teams.
Compliance & Risk
  • Oversee collaboration with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and insights to inform business decisions.
Training & Development
  • Provide training on CRE lending practices, compliance, and systems.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.

Candidate Profile: Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or financial services.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and working with international banking clients.
