We are seeking an Engineering Resource Management Intern to join our team and contribute to building real-world AI solutions.

This role bridges technology, strategy, and execution—enabling you to forecast technical resource needs, develop structured resource plans, and analyze technical skill sets. You will collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to evaluate resource implications on scope and delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Forecast technical resource needs and develop structured resource plans aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Analyze technical skill sets, identify capability gaps, and support talent-to-project mapping.
  • Partner with project managers to evaluate resource implications on scope and delivery.
  • Prepare resource utilization reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to predictive forecasting models to anticipate future demands.
