The Senior Director of Product Design will lead a team and be responsible for shaping the future of our company through intuitive and powerful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Advocacy - Advocate for users through research, testing, and feedback, informing design decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

Essential Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design AI-powered products or features.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

Desirable Skill:

  • Experience working in agile environments.
