Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive business growth through strategic solution design and presales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing winning solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute presales strategies to nurture pipelines and drive revenue enablement.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Leverage technical expertise to drive sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across domains and geographies.
Bid and Proposal Management:
  • Own end-to-end RFP/RFI management to ensure timely, competitive, and compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for accurate technical solutions and pricing.
  • Implement and continuously improve presales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide high-performing presales teams.
Sales Enablement & Marketing Support:
  • Partner with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal closures.
  • Support sales forecasting and track opportunity progression.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies for account mining and expansion.
  • Create and publish case studies, white papers, solution briefs, and client-facing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop region-specific campaigns, messaging, and positioning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services.
  • Strong exposure to global clients.
  • Demonstrated success in leading presales functions and enabling revenue growth.
