The Compliance Liaison Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational excellence by maintaining intricate relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders. This position demands exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics), Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, and Trade license.
- Government & External Liaison:
- B build and maintain relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, Urban Development Authorities, Local statutory bodies, Police, Nodal Officers, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards, and medical councils.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.
- Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
- Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
- Operational Support:
- Work closely with Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.
