Job Title: AWS Lex Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and deploy conversational AI experiences using Amazon Lex V2.
• Develop scalable, production-grade Lex bots from scratch to deployment and testing.

Requirements:
• 6-10 years of experience with Amazon Lex V2 in designing, configuring, and deploying conversational AI experiences.
• Strong expertise in building Lex bots including intent and slot design, session attributes, context control, fallback strategies, and dynamic document sources (e.g., S3, SharePoint).
• Ability to work closely with frontend, QA, and API teams for successful Lex integration and functionality across platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with a strong understanding of Lex console and API interfaces, REST APIs, API Gateway, and JSON payload handling.
