Research and Development Leadership

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Manager to lead our efforts in the Synthesis, Emulsions, Additives, Paints, and Coatings industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative products
  • Develop and implement strategies for product formulation and industrial chemicals
  • Evaluate performance of Inks, Paints, Coatings, Adhesive, Chemicals, Emulsions, Resins, Additives, or Pigments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance
