Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biological Research Executive to join our team.

  • This role will involve conducting on-site pilot trials for biological wastewater treatment, assisting with laboratory and ETP chemical trials, and preparing technical reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pilot Trials: Conduct thorough assessments of biological processes for wastewater treatment, utilizing various technologies to optimize efficiency.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate closely with the WWT/STOM team to develop effective solutions for laboratory and ETP chemical trials, ensuring seamless integration of research outcomes into production workflows.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of trial outcomes, client reports, and technical data, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Product Development: Design novel biological products based on market demand and sales team feedback, driving business growth through innovation.
  • Laboratory Management: Oversee procurement of lab chemicals, maintain inventory levels, and conduct routine laboratory analyses to support product development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Research Background: Strong foundation in biology, chemistry, or related fields, with experience in research and development.
  • Laboratory Experience: Proven track record in conducting laboratory analyses, maintaining accurate records, and troubleshooting equipment.
