We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Director to lead our learning operations and manage a team of administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of 2–3 LMS administrators, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and managing performance to ensure the successful delivery of global programs.
  • Provide training, feedback, and support to build team capability and expertise.
  • Plan and track LMS-related projects, activities, and milestones, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of learning programs.
  • Oversee user account management, course enrollments, and content updates, configuring LMS features and maintaining optimal system functionality.
  • Partner with Learning and Development teams, clients, vendors, and IT for smooth operations, aligning LMS workflows with evolving business needs.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical problems and escalations, ensuring fast, effective resolution for users.
  • Monitor LMS usage and generate data reports, sharing insights for continuous improvement and decision-making.
  • Identify gaps in workflows and implement best practices, championing user experience enhancements.
