Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to support our academic operations team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in an education-focused environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of classes, including setting up equipment, distributing materials, and maintaining accurate attendance records.

  • Pre-class setup: Arrive before classes to check and set equipment (laptop, projector, mic, etc.)
  • Classroom materials: Distribute class materials and handouts on time
  • Attendance records: Maintain accurate student attendance records, if required
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum: Graduation
  • Basic computer skills: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Communication and coordination skills: Strong ability to handle routine technical issues and maintain a supportive team environment
