Job Description:

A creative visual designer will be responsible for developing innovative concepts, layouts, and visual designs for campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals that drive business results.
  • Work on brand identities, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials that meet client expectations.
  • Ensure design consistency and maintain brand guidelines across deliverables.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives and improve performance.
  • Deliver high-quality work within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and meeting quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a visual designer (preferably in advertising or digital agencies).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout design principles.
  • Ability to think creatively and convert briefs into compelling visual solutions that engage audiences.
  • Works well in a team-driven environment and takes constructive feedback positively.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creativity and innovation.
