Job Title:
A skilled variable product modeler is sought to develop, maintain and optimize models within the Variable Product Modeling System (VP/MS) in the insurance or actuarial domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop models in VP/MS for life insurance, annuities and financial products
- Collaborate with business analysts and actuaries to translate business rules into VPMS logic
- Debug and test models for accuracy and performance
- Document developed models for future reference
- Support deployment and version control of VPMS models
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with VP/MS modeling
- Strong understanding of life insurance, annuities and financial products
- Ability to write and debug VP/MS scripts and business rules
- Familiarity with integration of VPMS with other platforms
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration
Preferred Locations:
- India
- Malaysia
- Singapore
- South Africa
Professional Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of VP/MS modeling and have hands-on experience in developing models for life insurance, annuities and financial products.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with business analysts and actuaries to translate business rules into VPMS logic.
