Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML engineering and experience with Microsoft Azure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This includes:

  • Designing and deploying AI models using Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Search / AI Search.
  • Developing and integrating RAG-based applications and GenAI models in production.
  • Implementing orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and LangChain.

The candidate should have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, text or image generation) is highly desirable.
  • Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and advanced RAG pipelines (such as GraphRAG).
  • Strong Python and/or C# skills for SDK use and orchestration logic.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Azure Functions, and plugin development.
  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Solutions Architect).
