Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating standout design concepts from ideation to final execution, while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensuring timely delivery with attention to detail and quality.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual who is passionate about digital-first design work and has a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social campaigns, and digital-first design work.

  • Graduate in any stream with a design background preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a digital/creative/advertising agency.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team culture, receive regular feedback and support, and participate in professional development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client briefs and convert them into standout design concepts from ideation to final execution.
  • Design social media creatives, brand identity elements, campaign visuals, and marketing collaterals for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while keeping communication fresh and engaging.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery with attention to detail and quality.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Good grasp of design principles, typography, and layouts.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools will be an added edge.
  • Comfortable collaborating with teams and clients, and open to constructive feedback.
