Senior Data Scientist Role
About the Position:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Scientist to join our digital transformation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deploy high-performing machine learning models for segmentation, predictive analytics, prospect identification, targeting, personalization, churn prediction & retention, campaign performance, and other business use cases.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize models into platforms and workflows, ensuring seamless integration and maximum business value.
3. Conduct thorough assessments of data ingestion, schema integrity, feature engineering, and label quality to guarantee alignment with business objectives.
4. Evaluate model predictions, performance metrics, drift monitoring, downstream outputs, and GUI integration to ensure sustained accuracy and effectiveness.
5. Design and implement dashboards and reports to track validation progress, outcomes, and risks, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ~4 to 6 years of experience in Data Science, model validation, and applied machine learning.
  • Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud ecosystems such as Databricks, Spark, Snowflake/AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Experience leading junior data scientists and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
