We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial performance of our organization.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure accurate bank reconciliation, foreign remittances, and treasury management.
  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Oversee GST registration, invoicing, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) with suppliers' returns.
  • Prepare and file GST returns accurately within deadlines.
  • Handle e-invoicing and e-way bills as per GST regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors for tax audits and respond to notices/assessments from authorities.
  • Ensure timely filing and compliance of TDS, Advance Income Tax, and other tax-related obligations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in mutual funds, securities, and investment accounting.
  • Proven experience in handling contracts, agreements, and client billing.
  • Hands-on experience in foreign payments, bank reconciliation, and treasury management.
