We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to create cutting-edge financial products for a leading fintech organization.

This role offers exceptional growth opportunities, allowing you to work closely with a talented team in the USA. With 3-6 years of experience required, you will have the chance to develop and optimize code in Python for scalable model training and deployment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with language models (LLMs) like OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar is also highly valued.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, as well as strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently.

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models for financial services applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, and proven experience (3+ years) as an AI/ML Engineer or a similar role. We also value preferred qualifications such as experience in generative AI applications for finance, understanding of R and statistical modeling, knowledge of MLOps tools for deployment and monitoring, and exposure to regulatory and compliance considerations in the financial services domain.

Work hours: Flexible, with reporting time around 1:30 a.m. IST, 4 hours/day, Monday-Friday.
