Job Description

The role of an Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant and Business Analyst involves leading the implementation and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and Oracle E-business suite R12. This position requires in-depth functional knowledge of all Oracle Fusion modules, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training and support to end-users.

  • Lead, design, and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and Oracle E-business suite R12.">
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance on configuration and process optimization.">
  • Bridge the gap between business and IT by eliciting and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.">
  • Conduct meetings, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and expectations.">
  • Map out current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimized processes that align with best practices.">
  • Participate in system design and configuration to ensure the Fusion ERP system meets business requirements.">
  • Develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption.">
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Fusion ERP system.">

Requirements:

  • Expertise of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules - Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Accounting (PA), Project Management, O2C (Order to Cash), R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay).">
  • Knowledge about Oracle Fusion technology stack, including PaaS Technical, PLSQL, OTBI, and BI Reports.">
  • Previous experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP systems is mandatory.">
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training and support to end-users.">

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/ CA / MBA Finance.">
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion stack and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and Oracle EBS R12.">
  • Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals.">
  • Experience leading customer workshop sessions to educate others on the latest technology trends and best practices.">
