About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Security Consultant to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our consulting services, you will work closely with clients across various industries to support their business transformation journeys.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing manual application penetration tests, researching new vulnerabilities, and staying up-to-date with the latest attack techniques and tools. You will also present technical reports to clients, explaining testing outcomes and providing detailed insights and recommendations.

Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams is essential to integrating security best practices into project workflows. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior security staff and foster a culture of proactive security awareness within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing manual application penetration tests on web applications, internal applications, APIs, and mobile applications
  • Researching new vulnerabilities in systems and software and modifying tools, known exploits, POCs, and scripts to meet operational requirements
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest attack techniques, tools, and emerging threats
  • Presentation of technical reports to clients, explaining testing outcomes and providing detailed insights and recommendations
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into project workflows
  • Mentorship and guidance to junior security staff and fostering a culture of proactive security awareness
Qualifications and Requirements:

A Master's degree (preferably in Computer Science or MCA) and/or a B.E./B.Tech from a reputable University are required. Post-qualification experience ranges from 4 to 10 years, with strong working knowledge of manual security code review.

Technical skills include performing manual application penetration tests, professional experience in cybersecurity, strong understanding of web applications, cryptography, operating systems, and security technologies, as well as exploitation of Microsoft platforms used in enterprise environments such as Windows Servers, Active Directory Certificate Service, Azure, etc. Relevant certifications are strongly preferred.
