Remote Graduate Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated recent Master's graduate in Structural Engineering to join our team as a Graduate Structural Engineer. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to start their professional career in structural engineering within an international environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, with a Master's degree in Structural Engineering completed in 2024 or 2025. They should also possess excellent English communication skills and be able to work under a GSTIN-registered freelance/consultant setup.

\

Responsibilities will include working on real European structural projects, receiving training and mentoring from experienced engineers, and having opportunities for growth within a highly skilled international team.

\

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A Master's degree in Structural Engineering (completed in 2024 or 2025)\
  • Strong academic performance (First Class with Distinction or equivalent)\
  • Graduation from a top-tier Indian university (IIT, NIT, IISc, etc.)\
  • Solid theoretical knowledge of reinforced concrete, cement-based structures, and steel design\
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and structural analysis/design software (academic or project use)\
  • Excellent English communication skills\
  • Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn from senior engineers\
  • Able to work under a GSTIN-registered freelance/consultant setup\
  • Interest in large-scale structures such as bridges, marine piers, and complex infrastructures (bonus)\
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with flexible schedule\
  • Willingness to grow and develop within a highly skilled international team\
