Job Description

  • Server Management:
    • We manage, configure, and maintain both physical and virtualized servers (Linux and Windows) to ensure seamless operations.
    • Our team installs, configures, and manages operating systems and essential services through remote consoles (IPMI, IDRAC, KVM).
  • Virtualization Expertise:
    • We work with virtualization tools such as Proxmox, SolusVM, Virtualizor, and Hyper-V to optimize performance.
  • Network and Tools Management:
    • We handle tools like cPanel/WHM, Plesk, routers, and switches to maintain network stability.
    • Our engineers ensure smooth operations of DNS, email servers, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, IIS, and MSSQL.
  • Protocol and Communication Management:
    • We have expertise in protocols such as SMTP, IMAP, POP3, HTTP, DNS, FTP, and SSH to facilitate communication.
  • Problem Analysis and Resolution:
    • Our team monitors hardware, applications, and network status and proactively resolves issues to minimize downtime.
  • Scripting and Automation:
    • We use scripting languages to automate and streamline processes for increased efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • We communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues and provide updates on the progress of their cases.
    • Our team maintains strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges efficiently.
  • People Management and Leadership :
    • We foster collaboration and manage team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Our leaders provide mentorship and guidance to teammates through coaching and training.
    • They lead technical operations in mission-critical hosting infrastructure environments.

About the Role

  • This is a Linux Support Engineer role responsible for managing and maintaining server infrastructure.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in Linux administration, networking, and virtualization.
