Software Testing Professional

We're looking for detail-oriented and curious individuals to join our global team as Software Testing Professionals. At Sapaad, we're on a mission to redefine the food and beverage experience through our cloud-based point of sale and restaurant management platform.

This is a contractual position, ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to learn, grow, and develop real-world skills in a dynamic software-as-a-service work environment.

As a Software Testing Professional, you'll gain hands-on experience in testing and automation, work on a global SaaS product trusted by thousands of businesses worldwide, and learn directly from experienced quality assurance leads and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand our products, ecosystem, and roadmap to test effectively
  • Build structured test cases, test plans, and automation scripts
  • Identify, report, and track defects, bugs, and usability issues
  • Collaborate with developers to replicate and resolve defects
  • Perform usability, performance, and load testing
  • Certify builds as production-ready and help ensure high-quality releases
  • Stay up to date with QA tools, testing strategies, and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in software testing or related fields
  • Interest in web application testing (prior exposure is a plus, not required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow
