Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior User Experience Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on the user experience of our Education Technology products.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and define delightful experiences for learning product features, taking into account the needs of our users.
- Ask smart questions, champion new ideas, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring them to life.
- Translate high-level requirements into functional user interfaces that meet the needs of our users.
- Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes to stakeholders.
- Communicate design rationale and maintain consistency throughout the product, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality.
- Execute designs as part of software development teams, working closely with engineers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Diagnose design problems and devise elegant solutions that meet the needs of our users.
- 2+ years' experience in design, preferably in the E-Learning domain.
- Proficient in wireframing tools, with a strong understanding of user experience principles and design best practices.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex design concepts to non-designers.
