Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the creative requirements of our stores and communicating these needs to superiors, ensuring necessary arrangements are made.

They will also participate in meetings with the visual merchandising team to discuss store branding requirements, new visual and decor ideas. Additionally, they will oversee the execution of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns at the store level in coordination with the showroom head, based on approvals from the marketing team.

The role involves monitoring hoardings, collecting relevant information from marketing executives, and managing BTL expenses. They will also make arrangements to replace damaged hoarding boards and network with major industry players to gather information on competitors' marketing strategies.

Furthermore, the candidate will monitor online sentiment about our brand, tracking reviews, comments, messages, and posts to implement online reputation management activities and ensure a neutral or positive sentiment.

Lastly, they will measure the effectiveness of community marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess strong communication and project management skills, as well as experience in marketing and visual merchandising.
