Job Scope

You will serve as the link between our potential learners and Admission Counsellors, establishing a connection, understanding their requirements, and effectively arranging video counselling sessions.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills, be able to listen effectively, build trust, and approach situations with patience and empathy.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Engage with assigned leads and initiate contact through effective communication.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for our programs.
  • Build rapport, credibility, and establish trust with leads.
  • Schedule video counselling sessions with Admission Counsellors for qualified leads.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leads and Admission Counsellors to facilitate the enrollment process.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Edtech-sales, preferably in Study Abroad.
  • Graduation is required.
  • Previous experience working a 6-day work week.
  • Currently working as an individual contributor.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to listen effectively, build trust, and approach situations with patience and empathy.
  • Persuasion and influence skills to encourage learners towards Video Counselling sessions.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Minimum 300 minutes of talk time over calls per day.
  • Schedule/book 5 Video Counselling sessions per day.
  • Connect with at least 80% of leads each day.
