We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business practices align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk-based compliance programs to drive regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Provide oversight and monitoring of compliance programs to ensure effective execution and challenge appropriately on compliance-related decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and consulting services to support business initiatives and projects with moderate risk.
  • Monitor and report on compliance risk management, including identifying and escalating issues, deficiencies, or regulatory matters.
  • Develop and oversee standards and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide direction to the business on developing corrective action plans and effectively managing regulatory change.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in reporting and risk management.
  • Exposure to risk and compliance principles and practices.
