Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating inbound/outbound sales calls and processes
  • Ensuring adherence to quality and sales guidelines

  • Providing constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents
  • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and audits
  • Collaborating with team leaders and trainers to elevate agent performance

This position demands strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in CRM systems and processes. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred, along with previous experience in a similar role within the real estate or community development industry.
