Pelton AI is an innovative startup developing cutting-edge digital products that leverage large language models (LLMs) with scalable infrastructure.

  • We are seeking a skilled Bot Developer to design and deploy LLM-powered bots, integrate RAG pipelines with vector DBs, fine-tune/open-source LLMs for bot-specific tasks, optimize cost/latency, and implement stealth measures.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience building Python bots, worked with LLM integrations, understands detection tactics, and is a pragmatic problem-solver who cares about scalability vs. cost tradeoffs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy LLM-powered bots, such as auto-reply systems, content summarizers, and viral thread generators.
  • Integrate RAG pipelines with vector DBs, including Pinecone and Weaviate.
  • Fine-tune or open-source LLMs, like Llama 3 and Mistral, for bot-specific tasks, including persona mimicry and NSFW filtering.
  • Optimize cost and latency by applying model quantization, caching, and hybrid rule-based + AI logic.
  • Implement stealth measures, such as human-like delays, randomized phrasing, and proxy rotation.

Technical Requirements:

  • Core: Python (Tweepy, PRAW, AsyncIO, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  • LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or self-hosted (Llama.cpp, vLLM)
  • Infra: AWS Lambda, FastAPI, Docker, Redis (for rate-limiting)
  • Data: Vector DBs (Pinecone), PostgreSQL, Firebase
  • Bonus: Next.js/Streamlit for bot dashboards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years of experience building Python bots.
  • Worked with LLM integrations, including RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Understands detection tactics, including IP rotation and CAPTCHA solvers.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver who cares about scalability vs. cost tradeoffs.
  • Preferred: Deployed bots at scale (10K+ reqs/day) or contributed to open-source LLM projects.
