Software Engineer Job Description

Work Environment:

This is a remote-first position, allowing you to work from anywhere. We have a flexible schedule, but expect regular core hours for smooth collaboration and timely project delivery. Twice a year, we come together for two-week sprints to collaborate in person, foster stronger team bonds, and align on goals. Additionally, we host an annual retreat to recharge and connect as a team. All travel expenses are covered.
