As a seasoned professional in UI/UX design, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms. Our ideal candidate will have a profound expertise in using Figma as their primary design tool and a proven track record of delivering high-fidelity prototypes that translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies
  • Champion design consistency and establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Preferred Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design
