Creative Leadership Opportunity

The role of Creative Supervisor involves leading a team in the development and execution of creative concepts across various channels. Strong expertise in ad design and visualization is essential, along with a deep understanding of digital, social, and integrated mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with copywriters to execute creative concepts under the guidance of the Creative Director.
  • Develop and visualize concepts leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
  • Maintain brand consistency and tone through all creative products.
  • Drive insightful and impactful creative executions that positively affect clients' businesses.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, AE, Premier Pro, and Midjourney/AI.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable design school is desirable.
