Senior Building Management Systems Engineer

In this role, you will oversee the implementation of integrated building management systems for large-scale infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities include managing project execution and coordination, reviewing technical designs and specifications, and implementing quality control checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution & Coordination: Coordinate the installation of HVAC, chilled water plants, utility systems, and IBMS integration.
  • Technical & Design Review: Examine MEP and IBMS design drawings, BOQ, equipment specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Quality & Safety Management: Conduct QA/QC checks for equipment installation, piping, cabling, and control systems, and enforce HSE practices during site execution.
  • Operations & Handover: Test and optimize plant operation through automation and energy efficiency, and prepare O&M manuals and training sessions for facility teams.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water plants, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, valves, and utility systems.
  • Hands-on experience in IBMS integration using BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks protocols.
  • Project execution experience in Data Centers, Hospitals, Airports, or Large Commercial Buildings.
  • Familiarity with electrical panels, PLC/DCS, VFDs, UPS, DG, and power monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and green building codes (LEED/IGBC).
  • Expertise in project scheduling and reporting using Primavera/MS Project.
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
