SAP Subscription Billing Consultant Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP Subscription Billing professional to manage and optimize the end-to-end subscription lifecycle for recurring revenue models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring pricing models, rate plans, and automated billing processes using SAP Subscription Billing, along with integration knowledge for SAP S/4HANA and related systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Configure Subscription-based Products

Develop and implement subscription-based products, rate plans, and pricing logic within SAP Subscription Billing to meet business requirements.

Manage the Complete Subscription Lifecycle

Oversee the entire subscription lifecycle including onboarding, changes, renewals, and terminations to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Automate Billing and Invoicing Processes

Automate billing and invoicing processes based on usage, recurring charges, or tiered pricing models to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Integrate SAP Subscription Billing with Enterprise Systems

Integrate SAP Subscription Billing with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Entitlement Management, and other enterprise systems to facilitate data exchange and synchronization.

Collaborate with Business Teams

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, define subscription offerings, and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Ensure Compliance and Governance

Ensure compliance with finance, taxation, and audit requirements for subscription billing to maintain regulatory adherence.

Support Testing, Deployment, and Post-Go-Live Activities

Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities to ensure smooth system implementation and minimize disruptions.

Create Technical and Functional Documentation

Develop technical and functional documentation to support user training and knowledge sharing.
