Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Specialist to design, develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with C#.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing scalable, maintainable and reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium and C#.
  • Developing, maintaining and executing automated test scripts for web applications, APIs and backend systems.
  • Collaborating closely with developers, product owners and manual testers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Leading test automation initiatives and mentoring junior QA team members.
  • Performing integration testing across multiple systems and environments.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
  • Logging, tracking and managing defects using Jira or similar tools.
  • Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Automation Testing (Selenium WebDriver, NUnit, MSTest, SpecFlow)
  • C# Programming Language
  • BDD / TDD Methodologies
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
  • Test Management: Jira, Zephyr, TestRail
  • Agile/Scrum
