Construction Site Manager Position

A skilled Construction Site Manager is needed to oversee and direct all construction activities on our sites. This includes ensuring that quality control measures are in place, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing day-to-day site operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive site plans and specifications
  • Conducting regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety codes
  • Directing or performing surveys and measurements as required
  • Demonstrating knowledge about excavation processes and work heights
  • Estimating costs and preparing budgets for projects
  • Coordinating the planning and execution of construction activities to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs
  • Performing geotechnical analysis and conducting soil tests for structural foundations
  • Reporting progress and budget matters to senior management
  • Ensuring that materials and workmanship meet project quality standards and design requirements
  • Identifying and addressing problems that may arise during construction
  • Ensuring that projects comply with all building and safety codes
  • Working closely with civil and structural engineers to achieve project goals efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in on-site project management, particularly in civil and structural engineering
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects
  • Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools a plus
  • Relevant degree or diploma in civil engineering with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience
