Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Chairman/Director on strategic decision-making, organizational governance, and business growth initiatives.
  • Manage accounting and finance-related tasks, including budgeting, cash flow, taxation (Direct & Indirect), and income tax filings.
  • Oversee compliance with all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities.
  • Ensure corporate governance standards are maintained across the organization.
  • Provide leadership support across departments, ensuring operational efficiency and effective communication.
  • Draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and official documentation.
  • Analyze financial data and business reports; prepare insights and recommendations for the Chairman.
  • Act as the single point of contact for problem-solving and issue resolution across functions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Use advanced Excel and analytical skills to create reports, dashboards, and business models.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, legal, compliance, and governance.
  • Prior professional experience in business/finance/legal management roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and managerial abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take ownership of responsibilities.
