Job Title:

Highly Skilled Senior PCB Designer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Multilayer PCB layout designs up to 6-12 layers in mixed signal design.
  • Experience with high-speed mixed signals and HDI boards.
  • Proficient in BGA handling with blind and buried via techniques.
  • Familiarity with latest interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, CAN etc.
  • Knowledge of differential routing, length matching routing, impedance routing etc.
  • Understand constraints and use of constraint manager.
  • Expertise in minimizing EMI/EMC problems.
  • Skilled in DFM & DFA analysis, Gerber & ODB++ checking.
  • Experienced in IPC standard.
  • Skilled in schematic designing.
  • Proficient in schematic symbols and PCB footprint approvals.
  • Experienced in schematic design entry in Allegro tool.
  • Skilled in schematic and PCB layout reviews for internal and customer projects.
  • Experience in development of PCB vendors and coordination for PCB manufacturing related issues.
  • Skilled in board bring-ups, debugging and testing.
  • Experience in UART, I2C, LCD, SPI, QSPI, CSI2, CAN communication etc.
  • Experience in approval of BOM and its releases.
  • Experience in component selection for schematic designs.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of successful production level PCBs.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact and review third-party vendor work.
  • Good knowledge of industrial PCB design tools and flow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication.
