Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled electronics professional to lead complex R&D initiatives and collaborate within a fast-paced engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in analog and digital electronic circuits, with experience in designing and developing high-reliability applications.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and develop next-generation products.

  • Design and develop complex electronic circuits for high-reliability applications.
  • Lead the design and prototyping of ruggedized electronic systems, including IP65/IP68-rated enclosures.
  • Create and review PCB layouts and schematics using industry-standard EDA tools.
  • Select appropriate electronic components and materials for optimal performance, durability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical and software engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies and prototypes.
  • Operate lab equipment for circuit debugging and verification.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation for manufacturing, compliance, and assembly processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in defence, industrial, or high-reliability electronics product development is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex R&D projects.
