How You'll Spend Your Time:

• Lead engagement teams on planning and executing audits, reviews, or compilations to deliver world-class client service to real estate, technology, and financial services clients.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of audits from staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion.

• Provide supervision and support to engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors while promoting open communication to engagement partners.

• Collaborate with engagement partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues that arise during audits.

• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines efficiently.

• Create and track engagement budgets to review for inefficiencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's; CPA preferred.

• 7-10 years of public accounting experience, including leading multiple engagements and supervising staff. Experience auditing real estate, technology, and financial services clients preferred.

• Exceptional client service and communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop outstanding client/internal relationships.

• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.

• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
